Envision Healthcare Goes Live with Career Site Builder in Under 5 Weeks

Chicago, IL – April 12, 2016 – 3D Results®, a leading HR strategic consulting firm and innovator for the SAP® SuccessFactors® HCM Suite, today announced that it is the first SAP partner to implement the newly released career site builder feature for a client, Envision Healthcare. Career site builder is a toolkit within the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing solution that allows greater flexibility and self-service on the part of customers using SAP SuccessFactors solutions who wish to elevate their career sites to new levels of candidate engagement.

Envision Healthcare is a national provider of healthcare services that span the continuum of care from pre- to post-acute environments. For Envision Healthcare, 3D Results implemented career site builder to provide a branded experience to candidates seeking to join one of its more complex brands.

“3D Results built our career site in under five weeks, with full attention to the different look and feel of our brands,” according to Carly Bush, director of HR Shared Service at Envision Healthcare. “As a result, we have a career site that not only has the functionality we need to attract quality caregivers, but that also allows us to make changes and adjustments to it on the fly. This is a necessity for reacting quickly to our changing talent acquisition needs.”

Additionally, 3D Results is the first partner to convert its own career site to the new platform. “We believe it is important for us to embrace this new tool in our own talent acquisition environment,” said Brian Fieser, president of 3D Results. “In addition to working with early-adopter clients, we’ve also gained valuable experience with the product first-hand.”

“Career site builder is a significant step forward in the evolution of recruiting marketing,” said Peter Baskin, vice president of Product Management at SAP SuccessFactors*. “With its implementation, our ultimate goal is to give clients complete control directly over their career sites. Features like interchangeable components, mobile apply capabilities and responsive design combine to provide that first-class candidate experience that job seekers now expect.”

Career site builder offers organizations flexibility, simplicity and control over their career sites using a self-service model. 3D Results can help organizations determine whether career site builder is a good fit for their talent acquisition and engagement goals.
