Dana Crosby spent over 15 years in HR management and operations, initiating and managing process improvement and talent acquisition efforts with some of the world’s largest retail corporations. In addition to her strategic understanding of talent management processes, Dana knows the critical role HRIS systems play in attaining business results, having managed an Applicant Tracking System for upwards of 2,500 locations, millions of applicants, and 150,000 new hires annually. Dana is a Service Director, Recruiting Services with 3D Results, focusing primarily on the SuccessFactors Recruiting practice, which includes the leadership, training, development, and coordination of the Recruiting Services Consultant Team that implements Recruiting, Onboarding and Recruiting Marketing solutions. In addition to providing strategic consulting to clients, Dana also assists in leading the Recruiting Practice by ensuring that both consultants and customers have the resources they need to successfully complete an implementation, overseeing project time management, providing internal training and support, as well as consulting on scoping projects to ensure we set the right foundation for success.
Prior to her SuccessFactors transition, Dana worked with Sears Holding Corporation where she moved through all levels of management: from an Area Operations Manager responsible for the supervision, training, and evaluation of 50 stores to Manager of HR Process Development and Projects. In addition to developing job descriptions and process simplification, Dana was responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking Systems, Workforce Management tools, HR Planning System, and PeopleSoft software. Dana has also worked “on the ground” as a Store Manager and District Training Manager with Reebok and GAP, Inc.
