Jessica Williams has over nine years of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. Her introduction was as a client, when she led Selective Insurance’s SAP SuccessFactors implementation and administered its system. Upon becoming a consultant, Jessica helped clients implement SAP SuccessFactors’ Core Talent modules in addition to dedicating her talents to Employee Central. Jessica’s global experience includes the design and deployment of solutions in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Sweden, and the UK.

Her multi-module expertise combined with her previous experience as a customer gives Jessica a deep understanding not only of the challenges clients face, but also of the best ways to solve their specific business needs. Jessica brings this unique, holistic perspective to each of her engagements.

As a Service Manager at 3D Results, Jessica focuses on the implementation of the Talent Management module. She guides clients through our Process on Purpose® methodology in order to streamline business processes, optimize configuration, and ensure end-user acceptance.

Prior to 3D Results, Jessica was an SAP SuccessFactors Project Implementation Analyst with Aon Hewitt where she configured and supported client systems. Jessica also spent time with Medco Health Solutions as a Human Resources Reporting Analyst and with Selective Insurance as a Senior Compensation and HR Systems Analyst. At both organizations, Jessica was lead administrator and responsible for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
