Practice Director

Steve Jensen is an influential executive leader with over 20 years of high-profile organizational development and learning experience utilizing leading-edge Human Capital Management technologies. He’s excelled in both fast paced, high-growth corporate environments and as an external consultant. Steve has a proven track record of spearheading initiatives with senior leadership, managing large development projects, and using multimedia/web technologies. He’s assisted numerous organizations with the execution and evaluation of HCM programs and systems to improve work performance and profits.

As Practice Director for Consulting Services at 3D Results, Steve is responsible for the oversight, leadership, and management of client consultative services focused on HR transformation, HCM strategy, and workforce planning, as well as delivery of the IBM Smarter Workforce products and services. His role also includes client management, staffing, client satisfaction, client profitability, and the expansion of existing relationships by solving our clients’ problems and meeting their needs.

Prior to 3D Results, Steve served as Senior Manager, Global Safety & Learning at Amazon. While there, Steve was responsible for building the learning function within the startup global transportation and logistics division of Amazon last mile delivery. He hired top talent, implemented safety and learning processes for Amazon Logistics, contracted delivery service providers, and introduced scalable eLearning processes and platforms in the US and UK. Prior to Amazon, Steve served as VP and Chief Learning Officer for Republic Services, a leading US environmental services and recycling company. He has also been an independent HCM consultant, and was learning and development director for Petco Animal Supplies.
