Brian Fieser is a consulting psychologist and leading expert on the successful integration of holistic talent strategies with software capabilities. Brian was an early adopter of the SuccessFactors talent management suite over 10 years ago and has worked to deliver meaningful business results in over 50 SuccessFactors engagements. At 3D Results, Brian provides insightful counsel to organizational leaders at the intersection of the SuccessFactors application, technical configuration requirements, and talent management process design. Prior to 3D Results, Brian held roles as a principal consultant at Talent Management One, director of organizational effectiveness and talent management at Lawson Products, and director of talent management at Follett Corporation. He served on the faculty at Loyola University, Chicago where he focused on courses in the Organizational and Leadership Development program.

Hendrik Fischer has over 19 years of extensive experience in global sales, marketing and operations and supply chain management. Hendrik is an inspiring leader and senior executive who has worked across various high tech industries, in part through highly motivated winning teams. At 3D Results, Hendrik is responsible for managing the company’s growing global footprint Hendrik’s technical focus will help him effectively lead the sales and services team. Prior to 3D Results, Hendrik was the VP and General Manager for Bell + Howell International. After successfully running Sales Operations and Marketing in the US for many years, Hendrik initiated a new global business venture for Bell + Howell by extending the company’s hardware/software product lines and services into all global markets through dealer networks and direct subsidiaries in Europe. He most recently established direct sales and service organizations in England and Germany. Before his time at Bell + Howell, Hendrik served as CEO and President at STEAG HamaTech, Inc. – a $40 million US subsidiary that manufactures optical discs and semiconductor tools worldwide. Hendrik was responsible for their North American sales and service organization, where he employed 30 highly educated and specialized sales, application and service professionals.

He is responsible for ensuring that the company’s product and information technology investments, resources, and project execution are aligned with the organization’s strategic business objectives. Danny is a dynamic Information Technology (IT) and Human Capital Management (HCM) executive with over 25 years of robust experience delivering results-oriented consulting and IT solutions to Fortune 500 organizations. His deep expertise in achieving strategic results through the creation of HCM and other technology solutions gives him a truly holistic approach to his dual role at 3D Results. His straightforward, no-nonsense approach has consistently helped organizations cut through buzzwords and corporate double speak to create a quick and clear path to real-world solutions that work. He specializes in aligning global vision with specific tactical implementation of “the one thing each individual contributor can do differently” to achieve that vision. Danny’s willingness to see the most complex pain points through to their solutions earned him the title “800-pound gorilla wrestler.” Prior to joining 3D Results, Danny was the founder and CEO of Alpha Vanta, a well-respected organizational development and change management consulting firm. Danny has worked with many clients on HCM and Organization Development, including Michelin, Honda, Amazon, Amkor Technology, McDonald’s, CKE Restaurants (Hardee’s & Carl’s Jr), and Monsanto, to name a few. He has managed extensive engagements in every aspect of HCM. On the IT side, he served as principal systems architect for many pioneering websites and ecommerce solutions in the early days of the web, including the first commercial sites for Burger King and New York Life, as well as the mileage plus web based reservation system for United Airlines.

Del Rae is an innovative and practical leader, leveraging 28 years in Human Resources strategy, process improvement, and deep knowledge of technological systems in order to architect business solutions. In addition to 15 years in IT management for HR strategic technologies, Del Rae has also spent the past nine years focusing on SuccessFactors implementation and administration. As VP of Services – Talent Management, Del Rae leads our consultant teams, ensures the effectiveness and delivery of 3D Results’ Process on Purpose® methodology, and assists with best practice development and strategic consulting with clients. Del Rae has worked with companies across the US and internationally. She is known for her broad leadership perspective complemented by an uncanny ability to translate intensely technical information to business personnel at all levels, all over the world. Del Rae joined 3D Results from Aon Hewitt where she worked as a Talent Systems Manager and Senior Organizational Consultant for seven years, acting as a subject matter expert and leading the implementation and operational support of SuccessFactors.

Prior experience includes leadership positions at Authoria, Plateau, SAP SuccessFactors and Pearson Learning. A central theme in these roles was a focus on Enterprise SaaS-based solutions focusing on business performance tied to Human Capital Management software solutions and services. Jim is bringing his expertise to accelerate the adoption of the 3DR Cube, 3D Results’ proprietary reporting, analytics and data visualization platform that transforms data from any source into business insights.

Lindsay Jauss has spent the last sixteen years working in the recruiting, human resources, and business strategy fields, leading efforts to implement corporate-wide technology solutions from both the client and vendor sides of Fortune 500 companies. Lindsay brings an acute awareness of the questions and concerns that arise for clients during their SAP SuccessFactors implementations and leverages her diverse experience to ensure that customers are heard and guided to best practices that meet their unique objectives.

As a Service Director at 3D Results, Lindsay works directly with clients on the deployment of their SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management tools. Lindsay guides clients through our Process on Purpose® methodology in order to streamline business processes, optimize configuration, and ensure end user acceptance.

Prior to joining 3D Results, Lindsay served as a Client Relationship Manager at iCIMS, Inc., where she was responsible for the Applicant Tracking System requirements – including integrations, design, and optimization – for customers such as FedEx and Northwest Airlines. Before her transition to a consultative role, Lindsay worked at Whole Foods Market, Inc. where she identified, designed, and implemented the first online applicant system in the region. Lindsay also served as the Director of Recruitment, Marketing, & Information Systems at George Washington University. There, she was responsible for all human resource related activities for a department of 400 people. Prior to that, Lindsay spent five years as a Senior Manager of Operations & Technology at Biosyn, Inc., a position that first introduced her to, and put her in charge of, an array of duties across all HR functions.

Prior to joining 3D Results, Abby was an implementation consultant at API Healthcare (a GE company), a role in which she established client relationships with C-suite, management, and project teams; developed project designs based on customers’ business requirements and objectives; balanced multiple implementations simultaneously; provided ongoing strategic support for clients; and developed training for healthcare leaders and staff. As a Senior Consultant at Verifications, Inc., (VI), an SAP SuccessFactors third-party vendor that provided pre-employment technology and services, Abby improved and documented processes, built a project charter, and increased customer satisfaction. She managed ATS and HRIS integrations for client implementations and provided strategic services to customers not only across the United States, but also internationally. Prior to that, Abby served as an Account Manager for LodgeNet Healthcare and in addition to managing, retaining, and producing positive revenue growth for more than twenty hospitals, she was responsible for improving business processes internally. Abby began her career at Wells Fargo where she held various titles over four years, and it was there that she first started maintaining customer accounts. Having been responsible for process improvement, budgets, and sales, Abby is acutely aware of how important it is that technology serves larger business goals, and she is committed to helping her clients achieve their objectives.

Prior to joining 3D Results, Adam spent two years as a SuccessFactors Implementation Project Manager at AonHewitt. While there, he not only completed large, multi-faceted talent management implementations, he also managed the ongoing configuration of seven clients who had adopted SuccessFactors solutions, making him responsible for the systems of just under 500,000 end users! Adam spent 16 years working for OppenheimerFunds as an HR Systems Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Adam was first exposed to SuccessFactors when he served as the client project manager for the implementation of Oppenheimer’s SuccessFactors solution.

Prior to 3D Results, Sarah was a Manager, Human Resources Information Systems at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores where she was responsible for the implementation and system administration of SAP SuccessFactors cloud technologies. This included the implementation and administration for the Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Goals, Succession, Calibration, Development, Compensation, Learning, Employee Profile, and Jam modules. She led the project team responsible for implementing all the modules within fifteen months, on time, and on budget and ensured that the system met the needs of the business. In addition, she was responsible for developing a governance process to manage quarterly upgrades of the system. Sarah also had a lead role in the administration of SuccessFactors Talent module, SAP HR core, ADP ProBusiness Payroll application, and Kronos time keeping systems.

Betsie Reynolds has over 20 years of experience as a successful, results-driven talent development and organization development leader. Betsie has focused on positively impacting business results by creating a vision and bringing that vision to life. In addition, she is a thought leader, strategic partner, creative solutions developer, trainer, and facilitator.

As Practice Director at 3D Results, Betsie leads the Learning Management Services team, working with clients to add value to their SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System implementations. She guides clients through our Process on Purpose® methodology in order to streamline business processes, optimize configuration, and ensure end user acceptance.

Betsie is currently the Founder and Chairperson of the Arizona SuccessFactors User Group (ASUG) where she is integral in connecting SAP SuccessFactors customers throughout Arizona to share expertise and experiences. In the past two years the group has grown from four primary customers to more than 15. The governance team is made up of one person from every participating customer which meets several times a year.

Prior to 3D Results, Betsie served as a Senior Manager, Organizational Development at Republic Services where she led the Learning and Talent Development department responsible for success of the talent agenda. Betsie has also been an instructional design manager and technical trainer.

Bill Toohey has spent the last seven years enhancing his skills in technical applications and customer support. Bill began his work with SAP SuccessFactors (formerly Plateau Systems) in 2010. Since then, he has become a master of LMS capabilities, achieving his Learning Consultant certification and focusing entirely on implementation services.
As a Service Director at 3D Results, Bill oversees the learning service team and works with clients on the deployment of their Learning Management System (LMS). Bill guides clients through our Process on Purpose® methodology in order to streamline business processes, optimize configuration, and ensure end user acceptance.

Prior to joining 3D Results, Bill spent three years with SAP SuccessFactors where he worked as a Software Support Engineer and Analyst. His responsibilities included troubleshooting high priority LMS technical issues and maintaining LMS test environments. Bill was a Subject Matter Expert for the Virtual Learning System, which involved resolving all LMS integration problems. Bill also performed technical support at SRA International (formerly Constella Group) assisting with web application testing, training, and grants management.

Prior to 3D Results, Kay spent 11 years with Follett Corporation as Director of Talent Management and Director of Training and Organizational Development with Educational Services division. During this time, Kay was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of all Talent Management Strategy and business initiatives. These activities included designing a corporate university, deploying employee recognition programs, extensive succession planning, optimizing recruiting, and implementing SuccessFactors within her own business unit. Kay held the position of Manager of Training & Development with Clark Refining & Marketing, and also spent five years in diverse on-the-ground roles such as District Sales Manager and Operations Specialist roles with Mrs. Fields Cookies and International Dairy Queen.

Kay has an M.S. in Adult Education and is a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement. Aly Boghani has over 13 years of experience in technical systems. He has filled many different technical roles and is a subject matter expert in application, data, integration, infrastructure and security architectures.

As Practice Director, Aly leads the Technical Services team where he is responsible for ensuring that clients receive optimal support for all data integration, application integration, security, and troubleshooting related to their SuccessFactors implementation.

Prior to 3D Results, Aly was the Director of Architecture at FIPPEX. While there, Aly was the hands-on architect and tech lead and served as a mentor for a team of 10-12 offshore and five onshore developers. Aly architected, monitored, and supervised custom component development for several enterprise level migrations/integrations for clients including Google Apps and Salesforce. Aly also spent time at Switchfast Technologies as a Senior Application Developer where he was responsible for managing and architecting various technology solutions to meet clients’ current and future business needs. Aly managed high-profile projects while regularly meeting with client executives to define overall scope and project requirements. He assembled and managed teams of up to eight onshore and offshore associates and tracked budgets of up to $200,000 to deliver products to clients with a very high customer satisfaction rating.

As a Service Manager at 3D Results, Sebastian focuses on integrations and he is an expert in SFQL and SuccessFactors database structure. He is also Dell Boomi Certified.

Prior to joining 3D Results, Sebastian worked as Associate Director of Computer Services at Hannibal-LaGrange University where he was in charge of the university learning management system. He also designed, developed and implemented applications for various departments. As a Project Manager for the University, he supervised web technicians and coordinated web efforts across all departments. Sebastian also has a passion for teaching, having served as an Adjunct Instructor of courses such as Database Management for the Computer Information Science department. He brings his deep knowledge and skill for transferring that knowledge to others to all of his 3D Results engagements.

Prior to 3D Results, Dan served as a Systems Operations and Analytics Manager at Alpha Vanta Corp, where he was the team leader for LMS implementations and day-to-day operations. He led an enterprise-wide support team responsible for assisting 35,000 end users worldwide with talent, succession, goals, performance, and learning. Dan also provided strategic leadership, designed enterprise-wide system processes, and developed analytics. He helped organizations achieve their learning objectives by creating eLearning content focused on the most effective delivery method for the desired outcome. This included the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals modules for 12,000 employees.

Prior to 3D Results, Andreas worked as a technology and business intelligence consultant, built an analytics practice at a startup, and leveraged technology to move a large digital marketing company from Excel based reporting to automate the creation of these reports. When not traveling, Andreas enjoys hiking and planning his next (non-work related) travel adventure. Andreas was born in Germany and currently resides in Barcelona.

This is supplemented by over 15 years of functional and on-premise HR systems experience focusing on project management, system implementations and upgrades, and process transformation. During this time she held various roles across all functional areas of Human Resources including Core HR, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting & Analytics, and Payroll. Lori has managed and implemented multiple on-premise and cloud HCM solutions across various applications including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, PeopleClick, and SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to joining 3D Results, Tracy spent 14 years at AonHewitt where she had numerous managerial and operational roles in the Talent Management arena. Tracy had overall responsibility for the SuccessFactors partnership and delivery to multiple Fortune 100 companies. In addition, Tracy was responsible for leading the global offshore support teams by leveraging their skill sets and capabilities for operational effectiveness.

Tracy graduated from Texas A&M and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree.
